Winner of an environmental prize in 2006, the town of Blanc Mesnil was recognized for its efforts in the field of water quality. The Place de l’eau, designed by Bertrand Paulet, pays tribute to this innovation, and now accommodates a unique hybrid fountain. The basin can be transformed according to season - from a paddling pool to dry urban plaza.
