The concept developed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) places the majority of the office building around the perimeter of the site to create a large protected interior green space  - an “Urban Park” or “Oasis”. This park, measures about 90 meters by 120 meters, and accommodates a large piazza with water features, encouraging people to congregate and interact with water.Photo © OōELi © RPBW
